  • Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Opportunity to work on a variety of administrative tasks and projects

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing documentation
  • Support the completion of customer forms and ensure accurate and timely completion
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with the maintenance of an up-to-date database of customer information
  • Assign enquiries to the relevant sales team members or department

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer services role
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work proactively and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
