Reporting to the department Manager, working within a collaborative team the position of the Office Administrator will be busy, fast-paced, and varied.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the department, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing documentation
- Support the completion of customer forms
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate information about products and services to prospective customers
- Generate customer quotes
- Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Administration/Customer Services role
