Sales Support Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Glory Global Solutions. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our UK Sales team and the New Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver essential logistical support to the sales team, including contract administration and client communication management.
  • Manage proposals, quotes, and data reports to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and process efficiency.
Requirements:
  • GCSE's and A levels or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent IT capability and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills:
  • Previous administration support experience in a sales environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
  • Excellent database management skills.
