About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in processing orders, handling customer queries, and providing technical information to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders for customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle customer queries and provide technical information as needed
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Raise contracts for customers and handle any queries related to contracts
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Great customer service skills and experience in a face-to-face customer service role
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,000, plus a generous package including 26 days holiday plus bank, hybrid working after probation, excellent pension scheme, bonus scheme paid out quarterly, and other excellent benefits.
