About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join their team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in processing orders for customers, handling customer queries, and providing technical information as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders for customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle customer queries and provide technical information as needed
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Raise contracts for customers and handle any queries related to this
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the team
