About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Eventus Legal. As a key member of our Client Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team of financial planners and wealth managers
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and third-party providers
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared
  • Update and maintain client information on our internal CRM systems
  • Assist with the preparation of client reports and other documentation
  • Liaise with our Head Office and other administrative centers as required
  • Attend training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a financial services administration role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
