Paraplanner Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning team by analyzing data, conducting research, and producing high-quality suitability reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving instructions from advisers and interpreting data obtained during client meetings.
  • Analyzing data and using research tools to provide solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Providing records to support research undertaken and consolidating client needs and objectives.
  • Preparing suitability reports, client-specific illustrations, and key features documents.
  • Ensuring all client files are compliant and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Paraplanning role, preferably in a financial planning organization.
  • Clear understanding of the financial planning process and ability to produce professional reports.
  • Ability to work within defined business processes and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
  • Strong technical knowledge of investments and pensions advice.
