Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Paraplanner to join our growing team at MBF Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing existing business, platform-based work, illustrations & regular contact directly with clients & wrap/platform providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive and accurate financial planning suitability reports for a variety of client needs.
  • Collaborating closely with advisors to provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis to support client recommendations.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Preparing documentation to be presented to the client by the adviser in the advice process.
  • Ensuring that cases requiring pre-approval are submitted in a timely fashion and confirmation to proceed is obtained.

Requirements:

  • Strong report writing capabilities for all types of financial planning suitability reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Relevant financial planning qualifications such as the Level 4 Diploma or progress towards them will be advantageous.
  • Experienced IFA Administrators who are looking for an opportunity to progress into a Paraplanning role will also be considered.
