At IDEX Consulting Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team in Knutsford. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners in delivering high-quality advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing Suitability Reports: You will be responsible for preparing suitability reports and providing technical research services to our Financial Planners.
  • Ensuring Quality and Efficiency: You will ensure that the preparation of advice for clients is of the highest quality and delivered in an efficient manner, while mitigating any risks to the business.
  • Supporting Financial Planners: You will support our Financial Planners with client meetings, including the presentation of cashflow and other duties such as preparing responses on technical matters.
  • Technical Research: You will carry out any necessary technical research to support our Financial Planners in delivering high-quality advice.
  • Client Records: You will ensure that client records contain sufficient Know Your Client information to demonstrate suitability of our advice, and that they are kept accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with our Financial Planners to ensure the correct client outcome is achieved, and attend client meetings to support the delivery of cashflow modelling, as required.
  • Workload Management: You will manage your own workload to meet personal targets, and communicate effectively with our Financial Planners to manage expected delivery dates.
  • Process Management: You will be responsible for managing processes, tasks, and complying with FCA guidelines.
  • System Maintenance: You will maintain core systems, ensuring that all documents are uploaded to the back-office system to support the advice.
  • Risk Management: You will identify and report any risks, breaches, or other issues that may impact our business.
