Key Responsibilities:- Analyse information and conduct research to produce articulate and appropriate suitability reports.
- Interpret data obtained by IFAs during client meetings and use research tools to provide solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
- Provide records to support research undertaken and consolidate client needs and objectives, together with recommendations and course of action in a written format via suitability reports, client-specific illustrations, and key features documents.
- Carry out all tasks in a manner consistent with compliance procedures and prepare existing client files ready for reviews.
- Ensure all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis and propose and draft financial solutions that meet each client's goals, needs, and objectives.
- At least 2 years' experience working in a Paraplanning role for a financial planning organisation.
- Clear understanding of the financial planning process and ability to produce professional and technical reports to support the advice process.
- Able to work within defined business processes and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and the workload of the Paraplanning team, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
- Good level of technical knowledge of investments and Pensions advice, Level 4 Diploma qualified in financial planning, and high level of Investment and Pension knowledge.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
- Good understanding of compliance issues, reliable, tolerant, and determined, keen for new experience, responsibility, and accountability, and able to get on with others and be a team-player.
