Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing general office administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and printing.
  • Coordinating courier services.
  • Tracking shipments and deliveries.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors.
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for incoming calls and managing email correspondence.
  • Maintaining and updating company spreadsheets and databases.
  • Participating in meetings and taking minutes.
