We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our Health and Benefits team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our Health and Benefits services to clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with our Health and Benefits team to develop materials that support business growth opportunities.
  • Support the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and other marketing materials.
  • Network internally and externally to build relationships and represent WTW at industry events.
  • Develop and maintain all Health and Benefits propositions, working closely with proposition owners and other stakeholders.

  • Drive and deliver marketing campaign activity, coordinating resources to ensure success.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, such as conferences and seminars, to facilitate business development opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to create and send mailers, track campaign activity, and measure success.
  • Interface with external resources to create and deliver marketing campaign materials.
  • Manage budgets and resources to complete activities and meet timelines.
  • Develop and extend the external profile of WTW's Health and Benefits services, working with PR resources to grow our reputation.
  • Coordinate external membership with professional associations to drive business development.
  • Introduce thought leadership on LinkedIn and other channels, working with subject matter experts to develop content.
  • Focus on commercial growth to support Health and Benefits revenue aspirations.
  • Develop a profile within Health and Benefits and across other lines of business to promote our services.
  • Collaborate to develop materials that facilitate cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on campaigns and development of Health and Benefits materials.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write and speak effectively.
  • IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
  • Deep knowledge of Health and Benefits, including benefits administration and flexible benefits.
  • Interest and aptitude in keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in global benefits approaches.
  • English language skills are required, with additional language skills a bonus.
  • Proactive networking and ability to represent WTW at industry events.
  • Ability to employ and understand digital technology and social media to improve business outcomes.
  • Market knowledge and intelligence to help shape proposition and positioning.
  • Strong and developed LinkedIn profile and experience.
  • Proven ability to utilize CRM systems for marketing campaigns.
