We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the North American region. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of membership
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients and represent the organization at industry events
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong ability to analyse market data and identify key trends
- Experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus
- Ability to manage client accounts effectively and build long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Working experience and knowledge of North America, USA, Canada would be advantageous
- Competitive salary range of £26,000 - £28,000 dependant on experience
- Realistic on-target earnings of £35,000-£40,000
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension scheme plus additional package
- Flexible working hours, with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home
