Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the North American region. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly
  • Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of membership
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients and represent the organization at industry events
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong ability to analyse market data and identify key trends
  • Experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus
  • Ability to manage client accounts effectively and build long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Working experience and knowledge of North America, USA, Canada would be advantageous
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of £26,000 - £28,000 dependant on experience
  • Realistic on-target earnings of £35,000-£40,000
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension scheme plus additional package
  • Flexible working hours, with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home
