About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales of a range of commercial insurance products through upselling, cross-selling, and warm lead engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and support throughout the insurance sales journey.
  • Achieve SLA, KPI, and sales targets, along with other company-set objectives.
  • Maintain excellent quality assurance scores while prioritizing the customer's best interests.
  • Handle ad-hoc questions and tasks as they arise.
  • Follow up on inquiries received via website, mail, and phone.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in telephone-based insurance sales.
  • Consistently met or exceeded sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance sector, including both sales processes and claims management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proprietary client management systems, capable of multitasking between electronic record-keeping and client communication.
