The National Federation of Builders is a dynamic federation, representing the building profession and promoting conditions for its members to thrive in England and Wales.

As a Construction Sales Professional, you will help the National Federation of Builders meet commercial objectives and membership growth targets through the sales of membership to builders, contractors, housebuilders, and their suppliers across England and Wales.

You will identify opportunities for sales and contribute to the company's sales and marketing strategies by delivering regular sales of NFB memberships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales in a B2B environment, with experience of sourcing own leads and a consultative approach to sales.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering regular sales of NFB memberships
  • Identifying business leads through online research, traditional channels, and networking
  • Converting sales leads through the marketing pipeline
  • Maintaining the company's CRM system Workbooks
  • Meeting or exceeding planned membership targets and agreed Key Performance Indicators

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission pay. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
