Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team in the North American region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a focus on B2B interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of membership.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients and represent the organization at industry events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong ability to analyse market data and identify key trends.
  • Experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus.
  • Ability to manage client accounts effectively and build long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Working experience and knowledge of North America, USA, Canada would be advantageous.
