Overview: A prominent organization in the Fintech sector is seeking a seasoned HR leader to spearhead the creation and oversight of the employee policy framework and its related initiatives.

Reporting Structure: This position will report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and will be tasked with managing the HR policy framework, crafting and updating individual policies, and ensuring compliance within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and supervise governance related to Employee Relations case management.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and analyses for HR, Legal, and Business Leadership.
  • Act as the central point of coordination within HR for all regulatory or internal audit activities.
  • Lead policy or governance-focused projects in collaboration with the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in employee relations or HR practices within a regulated international environment.
  • A proven history of developing policies and providing guidance on policy interpretation and implementation.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational, system, and process skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience in the regulated Financial Services sector is preferred.
