A global Financial Services company based in the City are currently seeking a brand new HR Policy Project Manager on an interim basis. This assignment offers the chance to make a significant impact by refining HR policies to align with legal standards, best practices and the organisation's core values.
Initiate and lead the work to review and update HR policies to meet the new org structure.Oversee HR communications, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure all communications are in line with agreed approaches.Initiate and lead the work to update JDs as many of employees especially senior roles need to be updated.The update of Policies and JDs should be done by the owners so this role will project manage this work.The role is expected to make a plan, WBS, make policy/JD owners to work and follow up, monitor and report the status update, and complete the review/update by March end next year.Update CHROs and Project Manager weekly or bi-weekly on progress.Required skill set is project management with excel, powerpoint, guntchart etc.Strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate internal and external factors influencing policy change and assess associated risks to the business.Experience in engaging with internal stakeholders.Strong project management skills, with experience leading HR projects and representing HR in cross-divisional initiatives.
