HR Policy Manager Job Description

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HR Policy Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month FTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for harmonising HR policies and processes across multiple organisations, ensuring parity throughout the HR life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process efficiencies and improvements through HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Write and cross-reference HR policies across multiple organisations.
  • Communicate HR-related topics, including benefits, performance management, and policies, to international stakeholders.
  • Report and analyse metrics related to policy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Background in employee relations, policy, and/or HR operations.
  • International communication skills and experience in senior stakeholder management.
  • Recent experience working in Insurance or Financial Services.
  • Ideal experience with WorkDay.
