Key Responsibilities:

  • To understand the ongoing needs of residents and properties, and develop skills to meet those needs.
  • To offer a trusted point of contact to resolve resident issues, working collaboratively with a neighbourhood team.
  • To support residents in solving problems, building resilience for individuals and communities.
  • To deal with issues promptly, pulling in support when needed to resolve resident issues in partnership with other officers and services.

Requirements:

  • Ability to listen and understand resident demands, and build capabilities to encourage tenants to reach their own solutions.
  • Ability to use initiative to meet resident demands creatively and innovatively.

Please note:

  • You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • You should have the right to work in the UK.
  • This role requires an enhanced DBS.
