About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Housing Services Department as a Neighbourhood Officer. In this role, you will work in partnership with our concierge/facilities provider to take responsibility for the standard of estate services, ensuring all contracts and utilities are properly monitored, delivered and paid for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with other departments across the organisation to assist our Resident and Tenancy Associations.
- Use a range of IT packages to competently manage estate services.
- Demonstrate empathy with the needs of residents and a genuine commitment to resolving issues.
