Job Role: Neighbourhood ManagerCamden Job Role

To provide secure, safe and affordable housing for residents and offer assistance when needed. The role involves leading a team of Neighbourhood Officers and collaborating with co-located staff to deliver effective services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an overview of current workloads and identify patterns and trends in resident demands.
• Work closely with colleagues to develop, maintain and review landlord services.
• Monitor and evaluate the work of the service to ensure measured data is being used to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with other services to understand interconnections and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• Ability to understand resident needs and wants.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to work creatively and effectively with colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:
