Neighbourhood Coordinator

A dynamic and empathetic professional to join our team as a Neighbourhood Manager, responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. In this role, you will be the face of Peabody, working closely with residents, colleagues, and external partners to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
As a key member of our neighbourhood team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing proactive support to residents, including welcoming new residents and addressing their concerns.
- Working with residents to identify and resolve issues, ensuring their homes and neighbourhoods are safe and welcoming.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners to drive community engagement and participation.
- Conducting regular inspections and monitoring to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with Peabody's policies and procedures.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to supporting vulnerable residents, we want to hear from you.
Key skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in housing management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the role.
- Basic DBS check required.
