About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Coordinator to join our team at Peridot Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a critical role that involves sourcing and assessing projects, coordinating implementation, and overseeing delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience in project management, with a successful track record in meeting objectives on time and within budget.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our partner organisations to ensure the aspirations of the Waterloo and South Bank Neighbourhood Plan are co-ordinated and delivered.
  • Source and assess projects, coordinate implementation, and oversee delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of agreed outcomes and secure long-term funding to enhance local wellbeing and green spaces.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of developing specifications and managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also need to be capable of managing workloads, meeting deadlines, and presenting effective business cases for change. A flexible, 'can-do' team player who consistently delivers high standards is essential. The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
