About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to lead the development of multi-agency team working across the health and social care system in City and Hackney within Neighbourhoods. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of project managing in a complex organisation and will be able to design, deliver and evaluate a range of projects.
Main Responsibilities
The Development Manager will be responsible for shaping and leading the development of multi-agency team working across the health and social care system in City and Hackney within Neighbourhoods. This will involve providing proactive support and ensuring the management, development and improvement of Multi Agency Meetings within Neighbourhoods.
Requirements
- Experience in project managing in a complex organisation
- Able to design, deliver and evaluate a range of projects
- Demonstrates high level of effective communication and presentation skills with all internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate team leadership skills, able to lead, manage and motivate staff
- High level of problem solving, planning and time management skills
- Able to manage competing demands and to prioritise under pressure for self and team
- Awareness of own competency level and how to seek appropriate help
- Highly motivated with ability to work autonomously
