At Clarion Housing Group, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our team. As a key member of our community safety team, you will be responsible for assisting centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.

You will work collaboratively with other teams, external agencies, and residents to ensure that Clarion neighbourhoods are clean and safe. Your role will involve developing and delivering neighbourhood plans and local offers, as well as working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities, and events.

We are looking for confident and resilient individuals with a positive mindset. You will have sound experience in housing management and customer service, and enjoy working with people in the community. You will be able to develop effective working relationships across Clarion and external agencies, and be confident working alone.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing customer visits and sign-up appointments
  • Identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour
  • Working collaboratively with other teams and external agencies
  • Developing and delivering neighbourhood plans and local offers
  • Working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities, and events
