Team Coordinator for Estates

Job Title: Team Coordinator for Estates

We are seeking an experienced Team Coordinator to join our Estates team in Hatched Recruitment Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the work of our estates team, ensuring that all services meet the required standards. This includes managing a team of caretakers, conducting regular inspections, and implementing improvements to services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of the estates team, conduct inductions, and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
  • Estate Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to monitor services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure estate facilities and services comply with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Service Delivery and Improvement: Oversee estate services quality, identify, and implement improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external agencies to address anti-social behaviour and tenancy issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in public service delivery, preferably in estates or neighbourhood services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, fostering a positive working culture.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, estate services, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, manage performance, and think creatively to solve complex challenges.
  • Commitment to equality and diversity, creating an inclusive workplace and community.
  • Flexibility to attend evening meetings and provide weekend cover on a rota basis.
  • Physical capability to conduct inspections across extensive estate areas.
  • Completion of necessary Health & Safety training, including any accredited qualifications as required.

Salary: £38,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
