Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Estate Management Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. This is an exciting opportunity to work in estate management, overseeing the maintenance and development of agricultural properties.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily estate management activities, including repairs, maintenance, and routine property inspections. You will also work closely with the Head of Estates to ensure that facilities are functional, safe, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To assist with and coordinate daily estate management activities.
  2. To oversee property maintenance activities and inspections.
  3. To liaise with third-party contractors, designers, suppliers, local government, utilities providers, etc.
  4. To support activities required to deliver construction and development activities across the estate.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in property maintenance, facilities management, and the poultry farming sector. You should have excellent organisational and project management skills, knowledge of Town and Country Planning and Environmental Permitting, and the ability to build strong relationships based on integrity, trust, and respected financial/budgetary judgement.

What We Offer
