Estate Management Role Overview
Encore Estate Management is looking for a talented and driven Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Cambridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high standards of performance.
Your main duties will include managing property operations, such as lease administration, rent collection, and maintenance coordination, as well as preparing financial reports and analysis.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver high-quality property operations services to residents and stakeholders
- Manage and resolve maintenance requests and repair schedules
- Process rent payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives
Package Includes:
- £37,000 - £42,000 per annum salary, depending on experience
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off each year
