We are seeking a Place Shaping Coordinator to join our Place Division. This role will involve working with our passionate planning teams to shape local neighbourhoods where people can thrive.

The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities spanning development management, strategic applications, spatial planning, conservation & urban design, planning obligations, and enforcement. A salary in line with experience will be offered to the successful candidate.

We aim to deliver homes to meet the needs of local families and public spaces and services that improve outcomes for our residents and businesses. Improving the vitality of our local neighbourhoods is a priority, creating connected places where people enjoy spending time – for leisure, for shopping, for work, for learning, for play.
