Your role as a Neighbourhood Manager at Peabody will be at the heart of your community, playing a crucial part in supporting the practical needs and wellbeing of residents and ensuring community safety.

You'll be the 'face of Peabody' and no one day is the same. You'll work collaboratively with other teams and build meaningful relationships across the business to enable you to find creative solutions to issues.

As a people person who likes to get things done, you'll enjoy working in a customer-facing role, preferably within housing management and ideally within the social housing sector.

To be successful in this role, you're:

  • committed to first-class customer service
  • resilient with a positive, flexible, compassionate, and can-do approach
  • organised with the ability to self-manage a diverse and varied caseload, prioritising work effectively
  • experienced within a customer-facing role, preferably within housing management and ideally within the social housing sector
  • prepared to undertake a level 3 qualification in Housing Management if not already held
