Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join our Housing Management Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Housing Management team to deliver a high-quality service for residents.
  • Improve resident satisfaction, build trust, and ensure residents have a home they are happy in.
  • Have a proven track record of building relationships with people and communicating effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • Manage a complex workload, adhere to deadlines, and have excellent time management skills.
  • Engage with a diverse customer base, have stakeholder management skills, and a valid license with access to a car for work use.
