Role Profile - Neighbourhood Housing Lead

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join our Housing Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to residents, improving resident satisfaction, and building trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.
  • Improve resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring that residents have a home they are happy in.
  • Be good at building relationships and communicating well with colleagues and residents.
  • Have excellent time management skills and the ability to manage a complex workload while adhering to important deadlines.
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Have experience delivering housing management services.
  • Be able to drive and have access to a car for work.
