Pay Rate: £27 Per Hour

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Neighbourhoods Housing Team as a Neighbourhood Housing Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional housing services to residents in Tower Hamlets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing a Neighbourhood patch to an exceptionally high standard, engaging with residents through regular estate inspections.
  2. Proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards and fire risk assessment actions.
  3. Ensuring timely lettings of properties in line with council and national targets.
  4. Providing tenancy support to residents to prevent homelessness and sustain tenancies.
  5. Undertaking tenancy management tasks with sensitivity and effectiveness.
  6. Case managing residents with additional needs.
