The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Neighbourhoods Housing Team as a Neighbourhood Housing Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional housing services to residents in Tower Hamlets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing a Neighbourhood Patch: You will be responsible for managing a designated neighbourhood patch, providing tenancy-neutral housing and estate management services to residents.
  2. Proactive Hazard Management: You will proactively identify and address potential hazards and fire risk assessment actions to ensure a safe living environment for residents.
  3. Lettings and Tenancy Management: You will work to ensure the speedy lettings of properties in line with council and national targets, while also providing tenancy support to residents to prevent homelessness.
