Job Title: Neighbourhood Response Officer

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Response Officer. As a key member of our neighbourhood team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, external agencies, and residents to ensure that Clarion neighbourhoods are clean and safe.
  • Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers, as well as working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities, and events.

Requirements:

  • Confident and resilient individual with a positive mindset.
  • Sound experience in Housing management and customer service.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships across Clarion and external agencies.
  • Confidence working alone and exercising good judgement while being proactive and creative in finding solutions.
