About the Role

The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Business Analysis practice. As the Head of Business Analysis and Strategy, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of business analysts who will work closely with stakeholders to deliver business change and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business analysis strategies to drive business change and improvement
  • Lead a team of business analysts to deliver business change and improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain business analysis tools and methods to support the delivery of business change and improvement initiatives
  • Provide guidance and direction to the business analysis team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver business change and improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a business analyst, delivering business change and improvement initiatives
  • Proven track record of leading business analysis teams and delivering business change and improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
