Job Title: Head of FP&A

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at Walker Hamill. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and profitability
  • Manage and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and implement financial reporting and dashboarding to support business decision-making

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with experience working in an FP&A function in a hi-tech manufacturing business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies that drive business growth and profitability
