About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Business Analysis and Strategy to join our team at the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Business Analysis practice, developing and shaping strategies to drive awareness of the profession, and building the influence of the team and supporting services across the organisation.

You will work collaboratively across the MHRA, building strong relationships quickly and working to support and influence senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Business Analysis practice and develop strategies to drive awareness of the profession
  • Build the influence of the team and support services across the organisation
  • Work collaboratively across the MHRA to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders
  • Develop and shape strategies to drive business change and improvement
  • Manage and develop a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality services
Requirements
  • Significant experience as a business analyst, delivering customer service and business change
  • Strong track record of supporting digital projects within an agile delivery framework
  • Proven ability to manage teams, develop individuals, and build strong relationships
  • Experience of leading business analysis practices and developing strategies to drive business change
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £70,011
