Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team at Clearwater People Solutions Ltd. as a fixed-term contract to support our clients' People Team with essential HR administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Handle all new starter documentation, including employment contracts, benefit enrolment, and personnel records.
  • Personnel Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, covering recruitment, training, absence, and performance management.
  • Learning & Development: Assist with induction programs, training sessions, and follow-ups for new employees.
  • Communication & Support: Manage the HR inbox, respond to queries, and oversee the employee recognition program.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, managing the careers page, and coordinating interviews.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications: Previous HR administration experience and a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as HR databases.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and a professional demeanor.
