Position Overview

The HR Services & Rewards Coordinator will report directly to the HR Services Team Leader and will be an integral part of the Human Resources division. This is a permanent role.

Role Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for executing daily HR Services and Rewards functions, ensuring high-quality administration and guidance.

Key Duties Include:

  • Performing daily HR Services and Rewards tasks.
  • Managing and completing assigned tasks effectively.
  • Contributing to enhancements in the SAP system and automation processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and audit requirements.
  • Overseeing allocated projects.
  • Adhering to GDPR and all HR Services protocols.

Scope of Work:

The role encompasses:

  • Daily administration of employee benefits and reconciliation of related accounts.
  • Collaborating with the Rewards Advisor to deliver exceptional service to employees regarding their benefits.
  • Providing assistance to employees and managers with inquiries related to company benefits.
  • Meeting tight deadlines, particularly during payroll processing.
  • Maintaining accuracy and contributing to the team's auditing objectives.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to internal communications.
  • Building collaborative relationships with team members and broader HR personnel.
  • Identifying and facilitating process improvements.
  • Testing new processes as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Strong written communication skills and collaborative abilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in numerical tasks and account reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in HR, Payroll, or Finance.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or a commitment to pursue it.
