Position Overview
The HR Services & Rewards Coordinator will report directly to the HR Services Team Leader and will be an integral part of the Human Resources division. This is a permanent role.

Role Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for executing daily HR Services and Rewards functions, ensuring high-quality administration and guidance.
Key Duties Include:
- Performing daily HR Services and Rewards tasks.
- Managing and completing assigned tasks effectively.
- Contributing to enhancements in the SAP system and automation processes.
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and audit requirements.
- Overseeing allocated projects.
- Adhering to GDPR and all HR Services protocols.
Scope of Work:
The role encompasses:
- Daily administration of employee benefits and reconciliation of related accounts.
- Collaborating with the Rewards Advisor to deliver exceptional service to employees regarding their benefits.
- Providing assistance to employees and managers with inquiries related to company benefits.
- Meeting tight deadlines, particularly during payroll processing.
- Maintaining accuracy and contributing to the team's auditing objectives.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to internal communications.
- Building collaborative relationships with team members and broader HR personnel.
- Identifying and facilitating process improvements.
- Testing new processes as required.
Qualifications:
- Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Strong written communication skills and collaborative abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in numerical tasks and account reconciliation.
- Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in HR, Payroll, or Finance.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or a commitment to pursue it.
