The HR Services & Reward Coordinator will report to the HR Services Team Leader and will be part of the Human Resources division. This is a permanent position.

Attractive remuneration of £28,000.00 along with a bonus structure of 7.5% is offered. The role also supports a hybrid working model after the initial probationary period.

JOB PURPOSE:

The role involves executing daily HR Services and Reward functions, ensuring high-quality administration and support.

DIMENSIONS:

No direct reports, working collaboratively within a team of up to 6 members.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Carry out daily HR Services and Reward functions.
  • Manage and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Contribute to enhancements in the SAP system, automation, and operational practices.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and audit standards.
  • Oversee allocated projects.
  • Adhere to GDPR and all HR Services protocols.

NATURE AND SCOPE:

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily team activities, focusing on the administration of employee benefits, account reconciliations, and invoice validations.
  • Collaborating with the Reward Adviser to deliver exceptional service and ensure employees are enrolled in their selected benefits.
  • Providing guidance to employees and managers regarding benefits and entitlements.
  • Meeting tight deadlines, particularly during payroll processing and adhering to team service level agreements.
  • Maintaining accuracy and following the auditing process to minimize input errors.
  • Completing specific responsibilities promptly.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to team communications.
  • Building supportive relationships with team members and other HR personnel to promote a unified HR approach.
  • Assisting in identifying and facilitating process improvements.
  • Testing new processes as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proactive in taking responsibility and ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Strong written communication skills and collaboration abilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with numerical tasks and the ability to manage spreadsheets and account reconciliations.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in HR, Payroll, or Finance.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or a commitment to pursue it.
