Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Mansell Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process by assisting in the creation of job specifications and job descriptions.
  • Prepare offers of employment and complete administrative tasks related to this process.
  • Conduct new starter inductions and provide a warm welcome to new employees.
  • Assist in talent and succession planning, working closely with the HR Director.
  • Support managers in managing, motivating, and developing staff members.
  • Assist with probation reviews and the annual performance and salary review preparation and execution.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to employee absence, resignation, and performance.
  • Provide HR support on sensitive and complex employee relation issues, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Work with the HR Director to optimize the company's online HR Management System (Cascade HR), ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide dedicated HR support and proactively implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support change management processes and provide analysis support to HR Management to report on agreed HR KPIs to the HR Director.
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks, such as filing.
  • Stay up-to-date with current HR law and changes in the future.
