As the Global People Partner Lead for the region, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the people strategy and acting as a strategic ally to the leadership team. This position demands the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish trust and promote a people-focused approach that aligns with business goals.
  • Effectively implement succession planning, workforce analysis, talent assessments, and organizational optimization.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes related to personnel, serving as both a coach and consultant to foster a comprehensive people management framework.
  • Engage in strategic planning and decision-making at the business line level to ensure alignment between corporate people strategies and broader business objectives.
  • Enhance organizational efficiency by evaluating and developing structural, job design, and competency requirements in collaboration with centers of excellence.
  • Proactively identify potential leadership gaps within the organization.
  • Contribute to the formulation of global HR processes and initiatives by offering insights into business needs and specific commercial considerations.
  • Assist managers with global employee feedback initiatives, organizational design, and development strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a dynamic, matrixed, and change-oriented global organization.
  • A well-rounded generalist with expertise in change management, organizational development, and redesign, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and coaching skills, capable of influencing senior-level decisions while balancing people and business needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT, including MS Office and HR management systems.
