About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Optime Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the human aspect of our pioneering recruitment agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and refine company policies to ensure they are aligned with our business objectives and values.
  • Grievance Handling: Provide expert guidance and support to employees and management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop our HR Coordinator, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and professional development.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to increase employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Develop and execute strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent in the recruitment industry.
  • Training and Development: Identify and address skill gaps, develop training programs, and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management frameworks that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze and interpret HR data to inform business decisions, predict trends, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification: Hold a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Senior HR Experience: Possess significant experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the recruitment industry or similar fast-paced environments.
  • HR Policy Development: Skilled in crafting HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Experienced in handling complex employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach to HR management.
