We are establishing a dedicated technical team within the HR Technology sector and are seeking a Solutions Manager to enhance our expanding team. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the Data, Integrations, and Reporting framework within HR Technology. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of two technical business analysts.

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee the HR Technology technical workstream and manage team members to ensure effective and high-quality delivery.

● Gain insights into the HR Technology landscape across the organization and provide recommendations for optimizing and consolidating architecture.

● Define, document, and educate on essential architectural principles and methodologies as templates for future projects and engagements.

● Conduct feasibility studies and proof of concepts for new tools and services, contributing to business case development as required.

● Investigate technical situations and analyze problems, identifying business requirements and suggesting improvements in processes and data flows.

● Collaborate with third-party vendors to develop robust solutions.

● Engage with HR and business stakeholders to deliver strategic analysis and solution design.

● Participate in the selection of vendors for new HR Technology, assessing business needs and aligning them with vendor capabilities.

● Evaluate the impact of current and future states and provide option papers when necessary.

● Identify and communicate risks related to solutions or architecture.

● Provide initial support and triage for Workday Integrations.

● Coordinate with external vendors to manage and implement Workday integration development.

Qualifications

● Proven experience and strong knowledge in implementing or utilizing HR Technology applications such as HCM systems (Workday, Oracle, or SAP) or Payroll systems.

● Expertise in educating stakeholders about HR system processes and principles and their broader business implications—this individual must connect low-level technical decisions to overall business impact.

● Understanding of solution design, including modern architectural patterns and processes, and how to apply them within an existing enterprise.
