Job Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in a key role. As a trusted business partner, you will support key stakeholders in meeting their people needs, leading the annual employee engagement survey, and collaborating with the Head of HR on strategic projects and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Guidance and Support: Offer expert advice and guidance on employment-related questions, including benefits, payroll, recruitment, policies, and compliance.
  • Employee Engagement: Analyze employee engagement survey data and present key trends to the business, partnering with people managers on action plans to drive improvement.
  • Performance Management: Assist people managers during the annual performance review cycle, ensuring that employees receive constructive feedback and development opportunities.
  • HRIS Management: Manage the HRIS system, serving as a subject matter expert and ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay updated on employment law changes and ensure that HR policies and procedures are compliant, minimizing risk to the organization.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to lead HR-related projects, driving business outcomes and improving processes.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
