About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Digital Identity and Security team in Europe. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage sales performance metrics and forecasts to ensure consistency with organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on sales performance and sales management.
  • Demonstrable sales experience in the CIAM space, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
