Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee financial control of contracts, manage and monitor sub-contractors, and ensure profitability of the scheme.
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, identify resource needs, and ensure effective programming and planning.
- Site Management: Manage and coordinate site teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Client Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Education: Hold a Civil Engineering or related degree or HNC.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Skills: Computer literate, with experience using cost management systems, and excellent document control, record keeping, and reporting skills.
- Organizational Skills: Established project planning and organizational capabilities, with a valid full UK driving licence.
