We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join our team at Chartway Partnerships Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the development and growth of our Single Family Rental (SFR) and Build to Rent (BTR) business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of SFR in delivering development projects from inception to completion
- Generate new business opportunities and identify suitable SFR sites and land promotion opportunities
- Manage external consultants and advisors, including architects, engineers, and surveyors
- Liaise with investors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage complex budgets and financial models to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
- Develop and implement departmental processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of development appraisal and planning application submissions
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality results
